Featuring a spectacular lagoon-style pool and kids pool surrounded by gardens, the hotel’s outdoor complex is a perfect place to unwind in the Spanish sun. Guests can also make full use of the on-site wellness centre, which is equipped with a heated pool, sauna, two hydromassages, a Turkish bath and a gym. Beauty and massage treatments are also offered.
Entertainment and activities aren’t sparse at the Sol Costa Daurada, with a complete activities programme, musicals, evening shows, parties and live music all available for guests to appreciate. The hotel’s games room is equipped with table tennis, table football, a pool table and car-racing machine ready for some family fun. Kids will also love the children’s playground and mini club (ages 4-12). FREE Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Food and Drink
The hotel’s main restaurant serves buffet-style local and international cuisine, with gluten-free options available upon request at the time of booking. Spinnaker Bar, El Mirador Bar and The Kingdom of the Pint offer a range of hot and cold snacks and delightful refreshments to suit all tastes. Las Palmeras Bar is a sun worshipper’s dream, with informal meals and cold beverages being served by the pool so that guests can fill up without losing a bit of sunshine. Please note that drinks are not included in the Half board service.
Rooms
The Sol Costa Daurada comprises of Standard Sol and Family Rooms, all of which are contemporary and cosy. Each room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, a private bathroom, TV, FREE Wi-Fi, hairdryer, minibar, safe and a furnished balcony or terrace. The hotel has some adaptations for disabled guests.
Standard Sol rooms are 24m2 and offer either twin beds or a double bed. Family Rooms are of the same size whilst providing a double bed and a sofa bed.
If you want to spend your holiday having fun, here is the place to be. Salou is located on Spain's Costa Dorada, just south of Barcelona, and is home to Europe's largest theme park. There's also a waterpark just up the road. The resort comes alive at night, with a plethora of bars and clubs to choose from. There's also plenty of opportunity for leisure thanks to the town's golden beaches.
