Ezaria serves as the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, where guests can indulge in delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options prepared at live cooking stations. In the evening, themed dinners feature a variety of delectable dishes from around the world.

For an authentic Cypriot culinary experience or a dedicated plant-based menu, Fort o Lana's garden terrace is the perfect choice. Immenso, the rooftop restaurant, offers breathtaking sea views and soothing piano music, along with a fusion of modern Asian and Latin American cuisine curated by renowned Michelin-starred chef, Theodor Falser. Nocturne specializes in creative Mediterranean cuisine and provides a romantic atmosphere for a seven-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Falser.
